Respect for creators
ClipNest is intended for authorized downloads. The service does not grant permission to copy, republish, sell, or distribute a creator's work.
Before downloading
Confirm that you created the video, received permission from the rights holder, or can rely on a valid license or public-domain status. A publicly viewable video is not automatically free to reuse.
Rights-holder requests
A production operator should publish a monitored copyright contact and a complete notice procedure before making the service public. Valid notices should identify the work, the relevant video URL, the reporter's authority, and accurate contact information.
Repeat misuse
Operators may restrict access, block abusive traffic, or take other reasonable steps when the service is repeatedly used in ways that violate these rules.
